(1) Complete tasks related to the teaching and research department, including demand analysis, project design, scheme writing, curriculum development, project execution, etc;
(2) Responsible for interpreting the training project plan and guiding and coordinating all parties to smoothly implement the training project;
(3) Responsible for researching curriculum system and format innovation, and conducting initial review and writing of video course content and related written materials according to arrangements;
(4) Complete various basic tasks such as the construction of course libraries, expert databases, question banks, and information databases, as well as the establishment and application of expert coaching teams;
(5) Track industry trends, conduct industry research, and promote business innovation;
(6) Participate in the establishment and improvement of business systems, workflows, and standards related to training and research and development;
(7) Other tasks assigned by the leadership and related to department development.

(1) Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical automation, machinery, power electronics engineering, electronic science and technology, industrial assembly and control, electronic information engineering or related fields;
(2) Experience in educational training program development, curriculum development, and related fields is preferred;
(3) Possess strong professional theoretical knowledge and proficiency in computer operations and common office software;
(4) Possess good writing skills, organizational and planning abilities, as well as innovative and practical abilities;
(5) Proactive, rigorous, pioneering, with a good team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility.
