In order to improve the communication skills of company management personnel, strengthen cross departmental communication and collaboration, and enhance work efficiency, on the morning of December 16th, the company held a special training on "How to do well in cross departmental communication" in the vocational classroom on the second floor of the office building. A total of 82 management personnel from various functional departments and subsidiary companies of the company participated in the training.

During the training, the main lecturer elaborated on cross departmental communication skills, establishing internal customer service awareness, and other aspects. Combined with some practical cases in life and work, effective communication methods were emphasized to everyone, achieving good training results.

Through this training, it will effectively promote communication and exchange among various departments of the company, create a good working atmosphere, and improve work performance. Participants have expressed their desire to fully integrate the learned content into their actual work, in order to better enhance their own abilities and various work management levels.
