In order to help newly hired college students quickly transform their roles, adapt to the new requirements of their job positions, and integrate into the company's "big family", the company conducted an expansion training on July 29-30 with the theme of "Youth is like fire, surpassing oneself, flying dreams and creating brilliance". 24 new college students in 2022 and some college students who joined in 2021 participated in this training.

In the expansion training, students participated in team building and collaboration through projects such as 60 seconds of speed, crazy market, bonfire party, battlefield combat, and trust throwing. They deeply experienced the importance of teamwork, cooperation, communication, and trust, and understood the significance of responsibility, accountability, and gratitude for personal growth.

This expansion training activity, as a new initiative in the company's talent development work, provides a platform for new employees to learn and communicate with each other, hones their willpower, consolidates their strength, cultivates team spirit, and plays a positive role in promoting new employees to integrate into the company's "big family" as soon as possible.

After the training, the head of the company's human resources department made a concluding speech, hoping that all students would adjust their mentality as soon as possible, integrate into the company's collective, establish goals and life ideals, make personal career plans, calmly face setbacks and difficulties encountered in work, complete the role transition from students to employees as soon as possible, and devote themselves to work with more enthusiasm, positive attitude, and healthy physique, striving to excel in their respective positions and contribute their youthful wisdom and strength to the development of the company.
