The company carries out outreach training activities for new college students

In order to enable new college students to change their roles as soon as possible, adapt to the new job requirements and integrate into the "big family" of the company, the company carried out the "youth like fire beyond self, flying dreams to create brilliance" as the theme from July 29 to 30. A total of 24 new college students in 2022 and some new college students in 2021 participated in the training.


In the outward training, the trainees made new employees participate in team building and cooperation through such projects as Speed 60 seconds, crazy market, bonfire party, soldiers on the battlefield and trust fall. They deeply realized the importance of team, cooperation, communication and trust, and understood the significance of responsibility, responsibility and gratitude for personal growth.
As a new measure of the company's talent training, this outreach training activity set up a platform for new employees to learn and communicate with each other, hone their will, gather strength and cultivate team spirit, and play a positive role in promoting new employees to integrate into the company's "big family" as soon as possible.
