The company holds training courses for middle managers

In order to improve the comprehensive quality of middle managers, the Human resources Department of the company held two training courses for middle managers on September 3 and October 15. Middle managers above the supervisor level of each functional department of the company and the workshop director level of each branch (subsidiary) company attend the training.
With the theme of "Four leadership Roles of middle managers", this training elaborated the role positioning and working methods of middle managers from four aspects of "strategic executive", "department commander", "business prosecutor" and "team coach" in combination with the actual work, which is highly targeted, instructive and practical. It is beneficial to enhance the executive power and management level of enterprise management.
