In order to improve the comprehensive quality of middle-level management personnel in the company, the human resources department of the company held two training courses for middle-level management personnel on September 3rd and October 15th. Middle level management personnel at or above the level of department heads in various functional departments of the company, as well as workshop directors and above in each branch (subsidiary) company, shall participate in the training.  

The theme of this training is "The Four Leadership Roles of Middle Managers". Based on practical work, detailed explanations were given on the role positioning and work methods of middle managers from four aspects: "Strategic Executive Officer", "Department Commander", "Business Prosecutor", and "Team Coach". It has strong pertinence, guidance, and practicality, which is conducive to improving the execution and management level of enterprise management.
