The report comprehensively summarizes the company's production and operation work over the past year, clarifying the overall revenue and profit targets of the company in 2021 and the assessment tasks of each production and operation unit. The report emphasizes that in 2021, the company will strengthen innovation drive, integrate technological resources, enhance innovation capabilities, promote research on high-end product technology and processes, seize market opportunities, and accelerate the progress of new product development; We must adhere to the positioning of the mid to high end market and win industry-leading customers with excellent product performance, quality, and timely and thoughtful service; We need to standardize internal management, take multiple measures, coordinate with superiors and subordinates, and improve management level and efficiency.
