The board of directors and all the directors of the Company warrant that there is no false record, misleading statement or material omission in the content of this announcement, and assume legal responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the content.

According to Article 2 of China Securities Regulatory Commission's Notice on the Release of Provisions on the Report on the Use of Funds Previously Raised (Issue Word [2007] No. 500) : "If a listed company applies for issuing securities and the date of receipt of the funds raised last time is less than five fiscal years ago, the board of directors shall, in accordance with these Provisions, prepare a report on the use of the funds raised last time (at home or abroad) and give a detailed description of the actual use of the funds raised last time (at home or abroad) on the deadline of the audited financial report of the latest period of the issuance application documents. And make a resolution on the use of the previous raised funds report and submit to the General meeting of shareholders for approval."
In view of the fact that the date of receipt of the funds raised by the Company has been more than five complete fiscal years, the Company does not need to prepare a report on the use of the funds raised by the Company for this issue, in accordance with the Provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on the Report on the Use of the Funds Raised by the Company in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Regulations on the Report on the Use of the funds raised by the Company in this issue.
